ENGINEERED FLOORING
The finish of the Americana®, Centennial Classics®, and Woodmont Plank® is warranted by Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. to the original purchaser for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase when installed in residential settings.
The finish of the Amberleigh Classics®, Grand Elite®, Grand Luxe®, Hadleigh Classics®, Old Town Classics®, Village Square® is warranted by Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. to the original purchaser for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase when installed in residential settings.
The finish of the Country Classics®, Estate Classics®, Plantation Classics® is warranted by Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. to the original purchaser for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase when installed in residential settings, and 5 years from the date of purchase when installed in light commercial settings.
All engineered floors carry a lifetime structural warranty.
SOLID FLOORING
The finish of the Grand Forte® is warranted by Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. to the original purchaser for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase when installed in residential settings.
The finish of the Forest Highland®, Forest Ridge®, Nature's Elegance® is warranted by Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. to the original purchaser for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase when installed in residential settings, and 5 years from the date of purchase when installed in light commercial settings.
During the warranty period, Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. agrees to repair or replace that part of the flooring which is found to be defective with product of the same pattern and quality, or another pattern of equal value at Pinnacle’s sole discretion.
Products are intended to be unique in design, color, graining and texture. Each piece is distressed and stained individually. Due to the custom nature of the flooring and variations inherent in wood, small samples of these products may not be fully representative of the floors overall appearance.
It is possible that some floors may experience changes in color when exposed to light for extended periods of time. The degree of color and shade change will vary from species to species. Large area rugs and furniture should be repositioned frequently to avoid a drastic change in the floors’ color and shade.
Limitations:
This warranty shall not apply to loss or damage arising from any of the following:
· Accidents, abuse, misuse or insufficient protection (see preventive maintenance)
· Exposure to extreme heat, cold, flooding, subterranean moisture, arid or humid conditions
· Failure to install or use the product in accordance with the installation specifications
· Improper maintenance
· Improper adhesive, caulk or filler, cleaning materials or surface coating
· Natural disasters or acts of God
Scratches, cuts or damages from impact are not covered by the terms of this warranty.
Installers Responsibility:
It is the installer’s responsibility to check color, finish and quality before installation. Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. accepts no responsibility for costs incurred when a floor with visible defects has been installed.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PINNACLE INTERIOR ELEMENTS, LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of the warranty, and is in lieu of all other expressed or statutory warranties. No installer, dealer, contractor, agent or employee of Pinnacle Interior Elements, Ltd. has the authority to increase, expand or alter the obligations or limitations of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights under state law. Your rights and the limitations described above may vary from state to state. It is therefore important to retain this warranty information.
WARRANTY SERVICE:
Warranty claims must be filed within the warranty coverage period and documentation verifying the original purchase is required. To file a warranty claim, you MUST do to through the retailer where the product was purchased.
